Hi, there!
My name is Emerald Gilana and I’m currently studying and pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Design, as well as 2 Minors (Graphic and Interaction Design) at San Jose State University. Besides school, I’ve been open and interested in doing design/illustration commissions. Some of my interests include music, puzzles, photography, creating short travel videos, and I also marketed a few sticker designs in the past.
I bring together creativity, technical skills, and strategic insight to create designs that go beyond aesthetics. My approach involves understanding user needs, ensuring not just visual appeal but meaningful experiences. Staying ahead in design trends and emerging tech is a priority—I regularly engage in online design communities, attend lectures, and embrace continuous learning for innovative solutions.
